KitchenAid婦人食堂 - 焦糖海鹽啤梨雪糕

 

1506534_10152193431553780_7948463915352476733_n非常喜愛吃雪糕的我實在是為了ice cream maker才買這個mixer。望串秋水追了又追終送貨過來。原來太子大廈也有現貨。早知道的話就不用等呀等~
材料:
啤梨4個
白砂糖200g
Double cream 294ml淡忌廉 106ml
鮮牛奶 100ml
檸檬汁10滴
鹽適量

10177497_10152202106183780_7180403207643929288_n1)200g砂糖煮至溶解至琥珀色 (大概5-10分鐘)要不停攪拌而且小心被彈出汁液燙傷

1014298_10152191289288780_4615606304808825091_n4)把焦糖啤梨汁加入攪拌機攪好。加鹽及檸檬汁再加100ml牛奶再攪拌

10150691_10152191288668780_309052083650786535_n7)把雪糕漿倒入雪糕製作器內(如用kitchenAid的雪糕配件大概需時20mins)

DobuleCream不容易在市面上買到。我在中環太子大廈的Oliver買到。大家找不到的話可到Oliver試試。順道可參觀2/F 及3/F開業多年的廚具用品店
